PPAM 2026 — Affordable Housing Projects, Prices & Eligibility
Eligibility criteria to apply for PPAM (Malaysian Civil Servants Housing), below are the main requirements for applicants:
The applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
Must be a civil servant either on permanent or contract basis.
Retired civil servants who hold a valid Retirement Card are also eligible to apply.
Subject to a 10-year moratorium period from the date of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Only one PPAM unit is allowed per applicant (Cannot purchase more than one PPAM unit).
If offered multiple projects, the applicant must choose one and withdraw from the other projects.
Each application is subject to the full screening and approval process of the respective project.
